TEEN COMPUTER LAB

The Blasco Library has expanded internet access for young adults.  There are three new computers in the Teen Space on the 2nd floor that are designated for age 12-17 years old. Teens, with a valid library card, can use the terminals for 90 minutes per day to access the internet, type homework and use Microsoft programs (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word).  Printing is also available at 10 cents per page for black and white copies or 25 cents each for color pages.

Teen Advisory Board Meetings

 September 9,  October 7, November 4, December 2
Meetings are held from 2-4 PM in Room 219 of the Blasco Library.

Teens, we want to hear from you!  What do you want from your library?  Join our Teen Advisory Board to share your opinion about new titles you’d like to see in our collection, programs you’d like to plan or see offered, and more. Your time at TAB meetings and programs can count as volunteer hours, and we always offer snacks!

You do not have to join TAB to join in the fun. All teens are welcome to attend the meetings and activities. Come to a meeting and learn more.   It is a great opportunity to make new friends and help make the library a great place for teens!

Email library-teenservices@eriecountypa.gov for more information or or call Teen Services at 814-451-6904.  New members (in grades 7-12) are always welcome! Teens must attend a meeting prior to applying to join TAB.
