A current library card is all that is needed for borrowing circulating materials. Staff at any library outlet will issue you a card when you show one of the following proofs your current address:
| PA driver’s license | Utility Bill |
| PA vehicle registration | Voter registration card |
| Auto Insurance Card | College ID |
| Checkbook | Mailed bank statement |
| PA Non-driver’s ID card | Payroll check |
| Professional license | Report Card |
| School Bus Pass | School ID |
| W-2 form |
Applications for children age 14 and under require a parent or guardian signature to accept responsibilities for borrowed materials.
Library cards are free to residents of Erie County, out-of-town college students residing in the county and anyone with an ACCESS PA sticker on their library card from another library.
There is a $5.00 replacement fee for lost cards.
If you change your address or lose your library card, please notify the library immediately.
