A current library card is all that is needed for borrowing circulating materials. Staff at any library outlet will issue you a card when you show one of the following proofs your current address:
|PA driver’s license||Utility Bill|
|PA vehicle registration||Voter registration card|
|Auto Insurance Card||College ID|
|Checkbook||Mailed bank statement|
|PA Non-driver’s ID card||Payroll check|
|Professional license||Report Card|
|School Bus Pass||School ID|
Applications for children age 14 and under require a parent or guardian signature to accept responsibilities for borrowed materials.
Library cards are free to residents of Erie County, out-of-town college students residing in the county and anyone with an ACCESS PA sticker on their library card from another library.
There is a $5.00 replacement fee for lost cards.
If you change your address or lose your library card, please notify the library immediately.
