The Erie County Public Library Foundation, Inc. supports the capital needs and ongoing operating costs of the Erie County Library System. To support these efforts giving options are available to the donor through the Erie Community Foundation. The Erie Community Foundation is a growing collection of nearly 350 different charitable endowments whose current market value exceeds $100 million. While the Erie Community Foundation is itself a charity, it helps non-profits and their donors accomplish personal philanthropic and estate planning objectives in a cost-effective fashion.

This charitable gift annuity (CGA) partnership with the Erie Community Foundation is one of the services provided to help them attract additional gifts to the endowment. CGA payout rates conform with those approved by the American Council on Gift Annuities.
