Summer Library Challenge Kick-off at Blasco

science-on-the-road-wild-by-design_1Join us Saturday, June 11th at 2:00 PM in the H.O. Hirt Auditorium for “Wild By Design”  with the Carnegie Science Center and celebrate the launch of our Summer Library Challenge!

Local zookeepers,chemists, and robot designers (and some on-screen zoo animals) will be here for on an interactive adventure to discover technology inspired by the natural world. Recommended for children in grades 1-8. This is a free event for children and families.

Summer Library Challenge – Hello Robo!

Learn about the ‘T’ in STEM (technology) as you interact with some robots!  Preschoolers ages 2-5 join us Saturday, June 11th at the Lincoln Community Center to kick off our Summer Library Challenge at ECPL branches with Hello Robo! through the Carnegie Science Center. Two sessions are available with a limit of 30 children per class – Visit our Events Calendar for times and registration information.
